14-day money back. No questions. If you are unhappy with Proteus Crew for any reason within 14 days of your initial paid subscription, email us and we will refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email billing@proteus-marine-intelligence.com from the address associated with your account. Include your boat name if you remember it, but it is not required, we will look you up by email.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your request. The refund returns to the original payment method via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Inc.

How to cancel (without requesting a refund)

You can cancel your subscription at any time without losing access until the end of your current billing period. Three ways, each equally easy:

Annual auto-renewal reminder

Your subscription renews automatically on a 12-month cycle. We send a renewal reminder by email between 15 and 45 days before each annual renewal (in compliance with the Maryland Automatic Renewal Law, Md. Code Comm. Law §14-1228 et seq.). The reminder identifies the renewal date, the amount to be charged, the cancellation deadline, and a direct link to cancel. If you cancel before the renewal date, no charge is made.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law. If statutory rights in your jurisdiction provide a longer refund or cooling-off window than the 14 days described above, the statutory window applies.
